Reference number : 1623926 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the replacement of doors and windows at Habitations Richmond located at 1625 Paxton Street in the Le Sud-Ouest borough. 1.2 The project is to carry out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the replacement of doors and windows and all necessary work relating thereto. 1.3 The work will be carried out in an eight (8) storey multi-family building with 84 dwellings built in 1971 intended for families and single people. The project is part of a dwelling that includes three (3) buildings, but this contract concerns only the eight (8) storey tower. The structure of the building is concrete and the exterior shell is brick. 1.4 The dwellings will be occupied during the works. 2. DURATION OF WORK 2.1 According to current planning, work is scheduled to begin around September 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. 2.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 50 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
