Reconstruction of Green View Drive, Dennis - 2022 The Town of Dennis is accepting bids for the Reconstruction of Green View Drive. The prospective bidder shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete a full depth reconstruction of Green View Drive. Work will include the excavation and removal of the existing asphalt surface course, granular base and subgrade (as required), installing and compacting new dense grade stone base and hot mix asphalt binder and top courses, installation of new drainage structures, restoration of road edges, and paving of driveway aprons to match the roadway grade, as described in the specifications. Bidders shall be pre-qualified for this project through the Pre-Qualification Office of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), 10 Park Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M. Minimum Wage Rates, as established by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries, shall be in effect for this project. The Town of Dennis reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make the award as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
