Services: Service requested is rental of portable toilets (ADA and Regular, with and without sinks) and stand-alone sinks units for persons experiencing homelessness that are living unsheltered in encampments on public property or other designated sites. Rental fees shall include regular servicing/cleaning of units. The Countys sole purpose in the evaluation process is to determine from among the Responses received, which one is best suited to meet the Countys needs. Any final analysis or weighted point score does not imply that one proposal is superior to another, but simply that in our judgment the proposal(s) we select offer(s) the best overall solution for our current and anticipated needs. The County reserves the right to make modifications to any scoring and/or weight structure prior to the evaluation of responses. The responses will remain sealed during the proposal evaluation period, and will be made available for public inspection upon notice of proposal award. All portable toilets shall include a toilet paper dispenser with three (3) rolls minimum, appropriate hand grab bars for ADA units, an external in use indicator and an internal locking door mechanism. Vendor must be able to provide a minimum of 40 units throughout Sacramento County. Vendor must be able to provide three (3) times per week servicing to a minimum of 40 units with the ability to increase frequency of servicing should County request. During cleaning of sinks, vendor must replace the paper towels, the soap, dispose of dirty water, provide clean water and disinfect the unit with antibacterial cleansers. During cleaning of portable toilets, vendors must provide three (3) new toilet paper rolls, remove waste from the toilet including any trash, debris and/or left behind items that can be easily and reasonably removed that may be blocking vendors ability to service toilet, and place into vendor provided trash bag in advance of placing into onsite trash can. Finally, disinfect the unit with antibacterial cleansers. To ensure quality control of sanitation station service, Vendor must designate a staff person to commit to weekly (or other mutually agreed upon frequency) inspections, in addition to the visits from maintenance teams to ensure concerns beyond maintenance are addressed, such as damages.
