The Green Alley location is west of Milwaukee adjacent to the Dutchman's Point Neighborhood. The project will reduce flooding and increase sustainability in Niles, and will specifically reduce runoff to an area of Dutchman's point where over 10 homes flood. This Project is include in the Village of Niles's 2023 - 2028 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 25. As of July 13,2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
