Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
-The existing Dunbar Sewage pump station will be replaced as described in the Contract Documents. -Demolition & removal of the Existing pump station and the construction of a new pump station and inlet and outlet piping. -Supply and installation of all utility services outside the pump station. -Excavation, shoring and backfilling for the new pump station and siteworks. -Dewatering of the area as required. -Supply & installation of concrete cast in place piles for the pump station and wet well. -Supply and install of new wet well and valve pit and all related pump station components. -Supply & installation of the the architectural designed platform C/W walls and roof as shown on the contract drawings. -Supply and installation of an air cooled outdoor standby generator system complete with all accessories on the new platform. -Supply & Installation of new Submersible sewage pumps mixer and related equipment designed for operation on variable frequency Drives. -Supply & Installation of all piping in the valve pit and wet well, tie in and connection to the existing MV sewer -All related electrical works.
