The Tohopekaliga Water Authority (Toho) invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for infrastructure relocations and expansions related to Osceola County's 5 Year Capital Improvement Plan years 2022 to 2027, attached to this RFQ, and as may be amended by Osceola County from time to time. Osceola County's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) includes road way improvement projects within Toho's and Saint Cloud's utility service areas that may require relocation and/or extensions and upgrades of utility infrastructure. Through this SOQ process, Toho seeks to engage consultants to work on future CIP-related projects.
