This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Strathcona County (the "County") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Sherwood Park and Shell Arena Building Condition Assessment as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). Strathcona County is requesting submissions from qualified consultants or consulting firms to undertake a comprehensive building condition assessment and capital renewal analysis on the Sherwood Park and Shell Arenas. The arenas are connected by a shared Zamboni room and interconnect walkway. The buildings include lobbies, offices, dressing rooms and storage. The County's Facility and Fleet Management department requires a building condition assessment and capital renewal analysis of Sherwood Park and Shell Arenas located at 2015 Oak Street, Sherwood Park, Alberta to better understand remaining service lives of both arenas, the return on investment (ROI) for improvements and any opportunities for savings on energy and maintenance. This assessment will assist the County with further planning and keeping the arenas in operation.
