Only tenders prepared on the forms provided for this purpose by the MRC of Lac-Saint-Jean-Est. For any additional information on this subject, please contact Ms. Virginie Lessard, municipal engineer, by email at: virginie.lessard@mrclac.qc.ca. Each tender must be inserted in an envelope marked: Professional engineering services - Municipal road safety intervention plan (PISRMM). Only professional engineering firms whose professionals are members in good standing of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec are eligible to bid. Tenders will be evaluated according to the two-step evaluation system provided for in the Cities and Towns Act (RLRQ, c. C-19) or the municipal code of Quebec (RLRQ, c. C-27.1), as the case may be. . The MRC of Lac-Saint-Jean-Est does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). It reserves the right to disregard any minor irregularity that a submission may contain. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
