Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hornbrook, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Estimated cost range is $15,000 - $22,000. The following Scope of Work required for installation of an ADA compliant outdoor concrete ramp. Task 1: Design and install ADA compliant concrete ramp The desired features of the project include: ~25 foot concrete ramp, connecting to existing paved outdoor walkway (see photos, attached) Ensure that width and slope meet current ADA requirements Build railing to match existing structure Haul all debris associated with construction and demolition of the ramp. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. During this time, all bidders shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective bids.
