Location of Services: The location of services shall be performed at Iron Gate Hatchery, 8638 Lakeview Road, Hornbrook, California 96044. 3. Contract Term Date: Upon DGS approval until June 30, 2025. 4. Time of Completion: Construction shall be completed within SIXTY (60) WORKING DAYS following the official "Notice of Start Date" from the State to the Contractor to commence construction. Additional contract time will be allowed for delay caused by shortage of materials, provided the Contractor advises Engineer IN WRITING within 15 days from the beginning of such delay and provided the Contractor has made diligent effort to get supplies from known sources. 5. License Required: A - General Engineering Contractor, OR B - General Building Contractor, OR C - 49 Tree and Palm Contractor B.
