The Town of Windsor Locks, Connecticut is soliciting sealed bids for drainage and roadway improvement located on the section of West Street between Spring Street and Grove Street. This project generally consists of all necessary work to complete improvements as described on the Contract Plans and Specifications for the base bid. Improvements include saw-cutting existing bituminous concrete pavement, installation of stormwater structures and piping, roadway widening, reclamation and paving and associated turf restoration and other miscellaneous work as shown on the plans or directed by the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. The Town of Windsor Locks reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or options, to waive any technicality in any bid or part thereof, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Windsor Locks.
