The w ork includes Maintenance Dredging of the JEB Little Creek Channel and Desert Cove CB-125 Wet Slip, repair of 4 existing sea floor
scour holes located in the berth areas of Piers 11, 12 and 13 using part of the material dredged from the channel. Aditional w ork includes
armoring the sea floor using rip-rap stone to prevent future erosion along w ith incidental related w ork show n on plans and specifications.
Additional material dredged from the channel (not used for filling scour holes) and material dredged from the CB-125 Wet Slip shall be legally
disposed off-site at an approved disposal facility.
This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis as Full and Open Competition.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237990 - Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, w ith a Small Business Size Standard of $30,000,000
