Renovation of a stadium in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolition and disposal of existing lower concession CMU wall with roll shutter, millwork, sink, ceiling lights, thermostat, electric radiant heater, and flooring and substrate suspected to contain asbestos containing materials. Isolate and drain fire suppression system to facilitate removal and storage of existing sprinkler heads for use in renovation. Cap all water and sanitary drain services during construction and re use them for renovation. Relocation of one existing electrical outlet. Supply and installation of new CMU wall with window. Supply and installation of new millwork, wall tiling, sink, and plumbing services for sink, dishwasher, and fridge. Supply and install new piping for relocation of existing sprinkler heads. Supply and installation of new electrical outlets, appliance power connections, ceiling lights, thermostat, network ports, and cable vision outlet. Supply and installation of new transfer fan system and air grille. Supply and installation of new tile flooring and substrate. Painting of existing interior walls and both sides of new CMU wall.
