Statements of Qualifications shall be enclosed in an envelope marked "FRWRD - ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS STUDY AND REPORT SOQ". The primary goal of the project is to improve electrical reliability at the FRWRD AD Pagorski WRF, the North WRF, and two remote pumping stations, Nos. 32 and 37 through: upgrading ageing electrical equipment to minimize the risk of loss of treatment due to power loss, providing redundancy for critical systems, mitigating arc-flash hazards, and improving energy monitoring. Additional information on scope of work requirements can be found in the Request for Qualifications. The Fox River Water Reclamation District reserves the right at any time and for any reason to cancel this solicitation, to reject any or all submittals, to supplement, add to, delete from, or otherwise change this RFQ if conditions dictate.
