The City of Pueblo ("City") is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ/Proposals) from qualified engineering consultants ("Consultants") to provide engineering and related services for the Pueblo Memorial Airport. The City intends to retain services of one (1) engineering consultant team for assistance on an as-needed basis for maintenance and capital improvement projects to include preliminary investigation, permitting, design, bidding assistance, construction management, inspection, and certification for each project as the City determines necessary. The work for each project will vary in scope and complexity. Proposer (this term used interchangeably with "Consultant") is encouraged to demonstrate skills and abilities for diverse project needs.
