A timeframe for an award has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Pueblo is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified professionals to provide project representation, design review support, and construction inspection services for the new Fire Station 6 projects in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this request. The location for the new Fire Station 6 is the 2600 Block of E 4th St (parcels 433012016 and 433012017), Pueblo, CO, on property currently owned by the City. The City anticipates entering into design and engineering phases approximately May 2022 with construction anticipated to begin July 2023. Proposer shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, administration, programs, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and/or transportation, necessary to perform project representation, design review support, and construction inspection to the City of Pueblo for the Fire Station 6 projects.
