A timeline for award has not yet been established.** In general, this project will consist of installation of a new water quality pond with concrete outlet structure, new concrete storm drain inlets with grates and new storm drain piping as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project. The new water quality pond will be located just south of the Pueblo Memorial Airport parking lot with new inlets and storm sewer piping through the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum connecting to an existing inlet in Keeler Parkway. Only qualified contractors will be considered. Question Deadline: June 29, 2021 at 5:00 PM (MT) Any inquiries regarding seeming inconsistencies between the Plans and Specifications for this project must be made at least seven (7) days (excluding holidays) prior to bid opening. Bidders must follow the submittal procedures outlined in the documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation for Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids, or to accept such bids as it shall deem to be in its best interest. The undersigned, if awarded the contract, agrees to complete and file the Contract Agreement and Payment and Performance bonds within ten (10) days of the date of Notice of Award, and further agrees to complete the work within thirty (30) calendar days. Proposal Guaranty in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of said proposal, conditioned that in event of failure of the Principal to execute the Contract Agreement for such construction and furnish required Payment and Performance Bonds if the Contract is awarded him, that said sum be paid immediately to the Obligee as liquidated damages and not as penalty for the Principal's failure to perform.
