Pueblo Community College is seeking proposals to remove and to replace the existing three-tab composite roof (approx. 630 squares) and 250' linear ft. of gutters and 200' linear ft. of downspouts at the Medical Technical Building, 900 W. Orman Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004, with like composite roof and gutter system, see Project Specifications. a. Base Bid: Remove and replace existing three-tab composite roof system, areas identified on project drawing, see MT Building Layout. b. Additive Alternate #1: Replace existing gutters with 5" commercial seamless gutters and appropriate number of downspouts. Provided General Contracting services within the last three (3) years for at least two (2) projects each in excess of $500,000 (hard costs), utilizing the expertise present in their Colorado Office; and 2. Demonstrated specific General Contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity; and 3. Demonstrated bonding capability up to $1,000,000 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated workloads; provide letter from surety that affirms this capacity *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
