Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
In general, this project will consist of removal of the old suction manifold and replacement with a new suction manifold provided by Contractor and approved by City. The project shall include all necessary materials, parts, components, supervision, administration, labor, tools, equipment, insurance, shipping, han dling, delivery, fuel surcharges, and equipment fuels as needed to complete the removal and replacement as outlined in this document. Contractor shall also include any/all costs for subcontractors necessary to complete the project. Site visit will follow initial meeting and project overview. Bidders are encouraged to bring the personnel that will actually be assigned to the project. Please limit to four (4) people per company. The Project Manager and/or company decision maker must be in attendance. Bidders MUST bring their own cameras, notepads, tape measures, recording devices, etc. and take their own notes. It is the Bidders responsibility to obtain all necessary information at the site visit.
