Renovation of a municipal facility in Burns, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove All Exterior Siding, Rotten Wood, Roof & 40' of Lathe. Install Approximately 40 Feet of 2"x 6" Sawmill Run Poplar Wood Band Boards, Fasten Boards With 16 P Nails. The Siding Is to Be James Hardie Hz 10 Fiber Cement Certain Teed Cedar Mill 4'x8' Sheet, or Allura Plycem Siding With Z Channel Where Siding Meets, Install Battenstrips & Trim Boards. The New Siding Is to Be Pre-primed and Installed With 1/1/4" Nails. Contractor Is to Patch All Nails Heads in the Hardie Board. Contractor Shall Paint All New Cement Board Siding With Acrylic Top-coat by Sherwin Williams Duration, or Porter Paint Permanizer or Equal. The Paint Can Be Sprayed. Contractor Will Be Responsible for Any Over Spray to Building, Grounds and Vehicles. Contractor Is to Remove Existing Metal Roof and Install a New Mac Hi Rib, Accel Metal Roof or Equal With All Trim and Ridge Cap. Contractor Shall Install Approximately 40' of 1"x 6" Lathe Boards and Fasten With 12 P Nails. Contractor Will Use 1 1/2 " Screws That Match the Color of New Roof. Color of Roof Will Be Selected by Golf Pro.
