The bid shall provide for approximately 26,020 SY of roadway milling and installation of 3,450 tons of HMA 9.5 M64 surface course and other associated work as set forth in the specifications. Work will be performed on Bergen Street, Blackwell Road, Province Line Road, Skillman Avenue and Teak Lane with a pavement repair area at Public Works (240 Bakers Basin Road). Fairfield Avenue milling (4,050 SY) and HMA 9.5 M64 surface course installation (490 tons) is an alternate under this project Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
