Site work and paving for a civil project in Scottsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The following bid packages are being solicited at this time: Phase 1 -Demolition -Rough Grading Package -Storm Drainage Piping -Erosion Control -Replacing Topsoil and Seeding -Future Areas -Rip Rap . Phase 1 of the project will consist of site demolition, Rough Grading of the site with storm pipe installation, erosion control installation, replacing of topsoil and seeding future areas, and rip rap installation. Contractors may adjust cut/fill grades to achieve balance on site with the intent on not requiring import or export of additional materials. A Geotech Investigation report will be provided with the bid package. A 5% Bid Bond will be required.A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held for Phase I. Contractors may contact the Engineer of Record Arnold Consulting Engineers Services, Inc at 270-780- 9445 or by email to d.whitley@a-ces.com for questions related to the plans and specifications. The Allen County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids without consent of the Owner.
