A Single Prime Contractor Will Be Selected to Do the Following Work: Approximately 3,600 Feet of Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement via Pipe Bursting and Manhole Rehabilitation Along Brockway Road and Craft Craig Road in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. 2021 Cdbg Sewer Improvements Brockway Road and Craft Craig Road the City of Owens Cross Roads A Certified Check Drawn on an Alabama Bank or Bid Bond, Executed by a Surety Company Duly Authorized and Qualified to Make Such Bonds in Alabama, Payable to the City of Owens Cross Roads Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000. All Bidders Submitting Bids Will Be Responsible for Reviewing All Bid Documents Including Addendums. Upon Contract Award, Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price Will Be Required by the Contractor to the Owner.
