The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an experienced Architecture and Engineering Firm in Public Transit to provide planning, design, and bidding services for the BFT's Maintenance, Operations and Administration (MOA) facility, and security review & design. Firms who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT's decision regarding a provision of the Request for Qualification or contract award. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. This Request for Proposals may be canceled and any and all Proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of BFT.
