Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Fairland, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

**As of September 09,2022, project was awarded to Hoidale Co. Inc., awarded amount is $108,010.27.** The successful bidder must comply with O.S. 19, Chapter 33 (Purchasing Procedures). Bids received late will be returned unopened. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or make an award to other than the low bidder, if such an award is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Must meet or exceed these requirements: 1- 1- 10,000 gallon 96" diameter double-wall steel tank divided into 2 compartments; 1-2,000 & 1-8,000 separated by a single bulkhead 2- Emergency vent for each compartment and the interstitial space 3- 2- Red jacket 3/4 HP submerged pumps 4- 1- Fire valve, solenoid valve, pressure relief valve and ball valve per pump 5- 1- Gasboy 9800 series 2- product twin electronic dispenser; 1 hose for diesel and 1 hose for unleaded 6- 1- Set new hanging hardware for each product; 3/4 " for unleaded and 1" for diesel 7- 1- Bravo containment sump for twin dispenser, 2" steel piping for product line. 8- 1- OPW dual product remote fill spill containment, 2" steel piping for fills 9- 1- 4" Cap and adapter per compartment 10- 1- Overfill valve, clock gauge with alarm and 2" vent per compartment 11- 1- FuelMaster keyless automated fuel management system with software to connect to owner's PC 12- Training & instructions of system to be included in price 13- All piping, fittings, vents, valves, gauges, alarms, pumps, dispensers and caps to be installed per OCC Chapter 26, Aboveground Storage Tank Rules & Standards, August 15th, 2022 14- All electrical to operate equipment as defined above and to include an Emergency Stop Switch 15- All piping and bollards to be painted per OCC spec. 16- All Permits required to install fuel system 17- OCC licensed & qualified AST installer 18- Tank registration forms, test data, photos as required for owner to register new equipment 19- Title 61 O.S. 113 B (3) Contract must submit a warranty bond in a sum equal to the contract price 20-Title 61 O.S. 113 B (4) Contractor must provide evidence of public liability and workers' compensation Tank to be installed at Ottawa County District # 3 Barn 1201 Industrial Road, Fairland, OK 74343 Ottawa County will provide Concrete pad sufficient size and strength to support Tank, Dispenser, Remote Fill & Fuel Master Pad shall incorporate concrete footing at saddle placement per tank approval drawings. Set 4"bollards on 4' centers to surround tank per OCC specifications. Fuel for tank compartments. IT personnel to load software on Owner's PC (if required)
