Renovation of a laboratory facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Work consists of the replacement of cabinets and other finishes and equipment. The Work includes selective demolition, acoustical tile ceilings, laboratory grade cabinets, hollow metal doors, hardware, glazing, VCT flooring, interior finishes and furnishings including minor plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning accessories, minor electrical systems installation and lighting. Questions may be directed to the office of the Architect between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm: All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid amount made payable to the City of Norman, and will be forfeited in the event the successful bidders fail to enter into contract. Additionally, all bids must include non-collusion and business relationships affidavits. The City of Norman reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty five (45) days after opening thereof.
