Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a 193-space asphalt parking lot with landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and on-site underground storm sewer detention. The work contemplated includes the furnishing of all the necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and miscellaneous items required for the Sarkeys Parking Lot project in accordance with the Contract, Drawings and Specifications including Addenda, as prepared by Garver Engineers, LLC, dated October 25, 2019. 1. Copper building wire rated 600 V or less. 2. Connectors, splices, and terminations rated 600 V and less. A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 at The University of Oklahoma Architectural and Engineering Services, 201 Stephenson Parkway, Suite 1300A, Norman, OK 73019.
