DEMOLITION AND IMPLOSION PACKAGE ONLY Flintco LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter called the Owner, is seeking Firms qualified and capable of performing the Demolition and Implosion work of Adam's Tower for the new First Year Housing Project located on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus. Interested Contractors are invited to respond to this Request for Qualification (RFQ) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the instructions, requirements and deadlines. All properly sealed and labeled SOQ's will be received at Flintco's OKC office (2302 S. Prospect Avenue, OKC, OK 73129). Received qualification packages will be reviewed by the prequalification committee to determine which trade contractors will be allowed to bid this project. Formalities of the prequalification process are outlined on the SOQ forms, which are available in the local plan rooms, the online plan services and at Gill Reprographics.
