The project includes the development of a new park on Block 143, Lots 43 and 7.05. The work shall also include the construction of asphalt paths, paver and concrete walkways, a gazebo, a pergola, a porous pavement parking lot, an amphitheater and other site amenities within the project limits. Add alternates include the development of an entrance on the corner property and either the planting of meadow grass or construction of a dog park with separate areas for small and large dogs.
