The Town reserves the right to except any and all proposal(s), reject any and all proposals not considered to be in the best interest of the Town, and to waive any technical or formal defect in the proposals which is considered by the Town to be merely irregular, immaterial, or unsubstantial. Specifications may be obtained at the NYS Contract Reporter account: Essex County Department of Community Development & Planning Any contract awarded pursuant to this solicitation shall be for a contract period of approximately eighteen (18) months and will expire upon completion of the projects' administrative close out. Substantial completion of the Work must be completed no later than 12/31/23, and administrative closeout must be complete no later than 5/01/24. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
