ERNMENT REQUIRES PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THESE DOCUMENTS (Title, identifying no., date) REPLACE SOLAR PANELS AT THE NORTH OPERATIONS CENTER, REDWOOD NATIONAL PARK, DEL NORTE COUNTY, CA The National Park Service, Redwood National Park, has a requirement for the removal and replacement of existing solar panels and electrical components at the North Operations Center, located in Crescent City, CA. The replacement system will increase power output to the building. The existing panels will be salvaged to the park and reused by Park Staff at various locations where feasible. Per FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 with a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million of gross annual receipts for the last three years. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers that are received from concerns that are not small business concerns, shall not be considered. The work of this project involves removing the existing solar panels, which shall be salvaged for use by the park, and replacement of existing panels with new panels and components, which are identified in project specifications. The project location is at the North Operations Center (NOC). All materials shall be on site, prior to removal of existing panels. The work of this contract consists of labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts, and materials necessary to accomplish the described work at Redwood National Park. All work is to be performed under a single contract.
