D'Onofrio Kottke & Associates, Inc. ("DKA"), on behalf of the Owner, VH CC, LLC, will receive written bids for the furnishing of labor, services, materials and equipment for the construction of the proposed project known as Crescent Crossing Outlot 7 Park Improvements ("Project"), together with necessary incidentals on the enclosed plans and specifications. Bids are invited on the following work: Site preparation for play equipment installation Furnish and install play equipment Drain tile and storm sewer 570 sq ft of flat concrete work Benches Finish grading Landscaping and restoration Bidder is responsible for the final and complete accurate measurement of all areas of the work and must submit their bid based on their measurements. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount payable to the VH CC, LLC as a guarantee that if their bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file a Contract within ten (10) days after such acceptance. The accepted bidder will execute and file the Agreement and the Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the bid amount within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. The Owner retains the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
