Site work and paving for a civil project in Sterling, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
W and OD Trail/Paragon Park Water Transmission Main Interconnect Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/3/2022 05:00:00 PM (ET) Provide and install approximately 50 LF of 24" ductile iron pipe and approximately 45 LF of 16" ductile iron bypass pipe, motor actuated and manual valves and connect the new water main to two existing water transmission mains; one existing 24" ductile iron pipe and one existing 30" ductile iron pipe. Provide and replace approximately 28 LF of existing 30" ductile iron pipe water transmission main with new 30" ductile iron pipe and 30" x 24" and 30" x 16" tees. Provide and install new 18 1/2 FT x 17 FT x 13 FT (approximate outside dimensions) below ground cast-in-place concrete vault with concrete roof top slab with access hatches. Provide and install electrical, control, and SCADA equipment to deliver a completely functional project. The project is within established easements on property owned by Dominion Energy Virginia.
