For Purchase of Stream Credits for Dulles West Boulevard The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), is soliciting bids from Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) approved stream banks for the purchase of 1,488 stream credits using the Unified Stream Methodology (USM) or 4,623 Stream Condition Units (SCUs). The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac River Watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070008, and are associated with the Loudoun County's Dulles West Boulevard Road Project. The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of the construction. Bidders SHALL NOT submit multiple bids. Bidders submitting multiple bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
