Renovation of an educational facility in Tabor, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,475-square-foot educational facility.
Replacement of existing 45 mil ballasted EPDM roof on ROOF B, with a new fully-adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system including tapered insulation, cover board and associated sheet metal work. New roof shall qualify for a 25-yr. Mfr.warranty. Contract for approx. 16,475 S.F. total roof replacement project. Those wishing to access the School roof will need to bring their own ladder and make an appointment by contacting Dan Blackburn 712-310-5197 at least 72 hours in advance. Contractors wishing to view the UNDERSIDE of the roof deck conditions should confirm their attendance with the Owner's Representative via phone no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 1st to arrange a time. Contractors should bring their own ladders to access above ceiling locations.
