The Village of Lisle seeks to enter into a one-year pricing agreement (with 2 optional renewal terms) with a qualified individual(s) or firm(s) to provide building plan review and inspection services. The initial term of the contract shall commence after Owner's acceptance of the Contract (the "Commencement Date") and will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2023 ("Term") This Contract shall also include two (2) one- year optional renewal terms (each a "Renewal Term"). Each Renewal Term 8 shall commence on May 1 and will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on April 30 of each subsequent year. Upon expiration ofthe then-current Termor Renewal Term, unless the Owner or the Consultant provides the other party with written notice of nonrenewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the thencurrent Term or Renewal Term, the contract shall renew for an additional one year Renewal Term.
