The work aims to replace the mechanical process equipment in the service building, including the inherent plumbing, ventilation, electricity, automation and septic installation work. The tender documents are available as of WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2022, the most recent version, on the Electronic Tendering System website . To be considered, any submission must be accompanied by: 1. A tender guarantee of at least 10% of the total amount of the tender. 2. A letter of intent from a company authorized to stand surety undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract, as well as a guarantee of payment wages, materials and labor equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract. The Municipality is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
