ALL WORK WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS. 1. BLM seeks to drill a water well for livestock needs on BLM lands. The contractor will be expected to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to drill, construct and develop one water well. All work done under this contract will be performed by a contractor currently licensed and in good standing with the Wyoming Board of Examining Water Well Drilling Contractors and Water Well Pump Installation Contractors. 2. All water well work done under this contract will be completed in a manner as to meet or exceed the current State of Wyoming Minimum Well Construction Standards. Work shall comply with codes and standards applicable to each type of work and as listed in the individual sections of the provided specification. 3. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The work location is shown on the drawings and listed on the Work Data Sheet. 4. Project can begin on issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTD) and must be completed within 180 days of contract unless CO approves of extension.
