Project Description: Complete demolition, removal, and disposal of building structures and foundations as listed in the demolition drawings. Removal and disposal of asphalt, concrete, gravel (roads and parking), curb gutter, sidewalks, fences, gates, razor wire, and other miscellaneous site hardscapes, including underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, gas, power and telecommunications) and other items as further described by the plans and specifications. It will be the awarded contractor's responsibility to dispose of all remaining contents, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and any other remaining debris left behind. DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
