Renovation of a parking garage in Windsor, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Town of Windsor, Massachusetts seeks bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors for the Highway Garage roof replacement at 2024 Route 9 (across from the Fire Department) Windsor, Massachusetts 01270. The bidder has the option to submit multiple proposals. These can include roof panel replacement only; and replacement of roof panels plus interior spray foam insulation of the new roof. Any firm selected by the town pursuant to this solicitation will be required to enter into a firm fixed price contract to provide the following goods: All proposals received must provide metal roof panel replacement in accordance with Appendix A - Roof Panel Replacement In addition to replacing the roof panels, the contractor may submit an additional proposal which includes roof panel replacement plus interior spray foam of the roof in accordance with Appendix B - Foam Insulation of Roof. If submitting a proposal which includes roof insulation, Contractor shall identify and take steps to obtain rebates from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, MassSave, or the local utility, Eversource. The proposal must clearly state the incentive amount and if the incentive is paid directly to the contractor, or if the Town of Windsor pays the full price and receives the incentive as a partial reimbursement.
