A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This Project consists of: Clearing and grubbing, remove and replace concrete, remove and replace concrete curb, install storm drain pipe and structures, grading, remove and replace brick pavers, milling, paving, thermoplastic markings, and lighting. Parking Lot Location: 139 Winslow Street Fayetteville, NC 28301 Bidders must submit an acceptable bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check as Bid Security with their Bid pursuant to North Carolina . The acceptable bid bond must be issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in North Carolina and meet the requirements of the General Conditions. Cashier's or certified checks must be drawn on a bank or trust insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and made payable to the City of Fayetteville. Checks shall be effective on the day Bids are opened and valid for a period of at least ninety (90) days from the date the check is issued. Liquidated Damage Charges $500.00 per day for each day of unauthorized suspension of the work. $500.00 per day for each day the project exceeds the contract time.
