The Rowland Unified School District (District) is requesting submission of proposals and statements of qualifications (Proposals) from qualified persons, firms, partnerships corporations, associations or professional organizations (Firm(s)) for Construction Management Services (CM) for the Nogales High School Band Room, Choir Room & Pool Complex, No. 202223 (Q4) (Project), as described herein. Questions regarding this RFP/RFQ must be received in writing and directed to Rosana McLeod, Director of Purchasing , at rmcleod@rowlandschools.org and Marcos Rodriguez, Construction Coordinator, at marcosr@rowlandschool.org on or before August 4, 2022, NO LATER than 10:00 a.m. . Emails must be titled as follows: RUSD RFP/Q (Q4) RFI [ company District reserves the right to disregard emails with an incorrect title. Answers will be emailed to all respondents and posted on the District website on or before August 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Phone calls to the District regarding this RFP/RFQ will not be accepted. Proposals are to be submitted only in sealed envelopes; facsimile and electronic transmissions are not permitted. Late responses will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened immediately after they are due.
