La Puente City Park - 501 N. Glendora Ave. Contract Time: 85 Working Days Engineer s Estimate: $375,000. The general items of work include: replacement of all existing Mens and Womens plumbing fixtures, accessories, and lighting; the polishing of the floors and repainting of the interior walls. The addition of approximately 361 s.f. for a storage room, including the relocation and replacement of the drinking fountain, associated site and utility works, exterior lighting and painting of the exterior walls and sheet metal; and all other items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications. A Bidders Bond is required with the Bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) Liability insurance with City of La Puente as additional insured endorsement; (2) Proof of workman s compensation insurance coverage.
