Site work for a transportation facility in Cullman, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
All bids must comply with State of Alabama bid requirements. The Cullman County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any formality in the bidding. This Specification describes all labor and material that will be required to complete a Rail Track Construction project for the Sportsman Lake Park located at 1536 Sportsman Lake Road, Cullman, Alabama. -Set up safety barrier around work area. -Keep site clean and free of debris. -Vendor to furnish automatic switches, cross ties, and tie down. -Install two run through (automatic) switches at the existing switch location -Install one (1) 20lb turnout package and a 180foot +/- spur track for storage. -Turnout switch installation is to include any grade work and site prep to prepare the track bed for installation. -Sportsman Lake Park will supply #57 limestone aggregate for the surface of the track and will also supply the rails for the installation. -All other materials needed to complete this project will be provided by the vendor.
