Renovation of a fire / police facility in Warwick, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
SCOPE 1: MAIN ROOF Furnish all materials, labor, and safety equipment to perform this scope of work: o Remove one (1) layer of asphalt shingles and dispose of properly. Replace decking as needed o Furnish and install six feet (6') of ice and water up all eaves. The remainder of roof area shall be covered with synthetic felt. o Furnish and install new Timberline HDZ shingle over ice and water and synthetic felt. SCOPE 2: METAL ROOF Furnish all materials, labor, and safety equipment to perform this scope of work: o Wire wheel existing metal roof. o Replace metal roofs gutter with existing comparable metal. o Furnish and install new elastomeric coating in two coats, final coat shall be dark bronze in color Scope 1: Main Roof Plan B Construction - $69000 Scope 2: Metal Roof Plan B Construction - $10000
