Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and library.

The work consists generally of supply and installation of new suspended ceiling grid and tiles to accommodate new light fixtures and HVAC registers per project drawings. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying materials and constructing interior walls for small conference room, supply and installation of new door and sidelight, carpet, gypsum board, sheathing and wall finish to match existing. Contractor shall remove all carpet, gypsum board, sheathing and wall finish to accommodate scope of work. Project drawings provide detailed specifications. Bidders must submit Document 00 4313 (Bond Accompanying Bid) accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check (certified without qualification and drawn on a solvent bank of the State of California or a National Bank doing business in the State of California) or completed form of Document 00 4313 of not less than 10% of the base Bid, payable to City and completed in accordance with the provisions of Document 00 4313. If the Project described in Document 00 1113 (Notice Inviting Bids) involves an expenditure in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), the successful Bidder must file a payment bond with and approved by City prior to entering upon the performance of the Work, in accordance with Civil Code Section 9550, et seq. Wage Rates: City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
