Demolition and site work for a medical facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of selective demolition of interior walls; doors and frames; interior windows; casework; flooring; wall base; suspended acoustic ceiling and associated suspension system; plumbing fixtures; electrical wiring/conduit/cabling; and HVAC ductwork. Any/all debris will be disposed of at the Greene County Landfill. (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED). It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM furnished by the Architect. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
