As of August 18, 2022, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The contract consists of furnishing Goods and Special Services associated with the Generator. Installation of the Goods is not part of this Contract. Generator Procurement, Sturgeon Point Water Treatment Plant, Filtration Piping Valve, and Underdrain System Improvements. The Goods to be provided through the Procurement Contract shall be furnished and delivered to the Point of Destination for installation by Contractor. Owner will assign said Procurement Contract to Contractor as set forth in the Procurement Agreement. Contractor will accept the assignment, as Buyer (Contractor/Assignee), and will be responsible to Owner for the performance of obligations by Seller, which will become a Subcontractor or Supplier to Contractor. Whenever the Erie County Water Authority is operating under a Declaration of Emergency due to a pandemic or other general state of emergencies, members of the public may be precluded from being present at such bid opening Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid.
