Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Derby, New York. Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of a single contract for the replacement of the existing filter underdrain system including air scour system, piping valves, structural, electrical, HVAC systems, instrumentation and controls, and appurtenant work in the Filter Building. Filter building addition, Residuals Pump Station addition and a new blower building. New exterior yard piping, chambers and vaults. Only official plan holders are eligible to bid on the project. Subcontractors, suppliers, equipment vendors, etc., will also be required to submit the nonrefundable payment in order to receive the Contract Documents. Partial sets of documents will not be available.
