West Block Exterior Lighting TP-06 Glazing. PCL/ED, a Joint Venture (Parliamentary Precinct Campus Program). The scope of work includes but is not limited to all work associated with the supply and installation of the protective glass on the granite curbs and the stainless steel covers for the granite junction box curbs. This tender will consist of a two-envelope bid submission: The first envelope will be a prequalification of the contractor and will be evaluated on a pass or fail approach. The second envelope will be the financial portion of this bid. Both envelopes are to be submitted at the same time but in the separate sections in the Merx's online bid deposit files.
